At American Express, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase through a seamless and transparent return process. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip or RMA confirmation is included inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original American Express payment method within 5-7 business days.
